Money is not the problem for everyone, but when you run a small business, this is not the only software you will be using. When you pay for all of them, you will lose money.

Customer service

There are two problems with their customer support. 

First of all, it is not always available. They are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This schedule won’t fit everyone in the world. ClickFunnels is starting to get famous around gloves, and they should at least have another customer service team.

The second one is that they are not always useful. We had only a good experience with their customer team, but we have heard many complaints on the internet. The biggest gripe is that they don’t always know how to resolve the problem. 

Lackluster subscription levels

As you already know, ClickFunnels offers two subscription models apart from its trial period. Platinum can be too expensive for some users, and a basic model can offer too little for some growing businesses. A good idea would be to introduce a medium model that would be sub $200 and offer more services than the basic one.

Membership sites

Imagine a scenario in which you want to build a membership-based site. You build your whole site around ClickFunnels, but suddenly you want to cancel your subscription because you can’t afford it anymore.

The next scenario is you need to migrate your whole site. Migrating can take a lot of your time and money.

Performance issues

Performance issues are not very common, but you can experience some occasional bugs. If you have a lot of traffic on your main page, the page can go down, and the only thing you can do at that moment is to wait. 

Takes Time to Master

Also, in this period, you won’t get to experience all of the things that this website offers. 

Despite its user-friendly features and intuitive editing tools, the software itself is not easy to master. Less-experienced users may find it scary to fool around with all the widgets and features. It may take some effort until you can create a proper funnel that works.

Keep in mind that ClickFunnels is not a miracle worker. It is a convenient software platform intended to help you create landing pages, generate leads, and sell your products or services. You have to have a good product and competent marketing for it to work.

This tool saves you a lot of time and money that you would normally use to maintain a website and pay developers to make it tick. Also, it is much easier to use than WordPress, especially as a sales funnel tool.
