How to use Group Convert?
As we have already mentioned, Group Convert is very simple and easy to use. First, you have to set it up. Once you purchase the extension, you will get a link to install it to your Chrome browser. During installation, a popup will appear asking you to enter the same email address that you used when purchasing the extension.
Then, you will need to open the Google Sheet template by going to a link that you get after the purchase. When the template is opened, click on File, then on “Make a copy,” and name it whatever you like.
Now go to your Facebook group and find the section Member Requests. You will notice that the extension has added a small text area in which you should enter a Google Sheets template URL. Once you do that, you are good to go.
You should also set up the process of saving group screening questions. That way, you will actually save email addresses. Just go to Edit Group Settings from your page, then click on Membership Requests and find the Ask Questions link.
